OUR APPROACH
We believe that every project must be adequetly planned and executed according to specific guidelines to ensure timely delivery and meet quality expectations. We apply the same stringent principles whether we are customizing a templated web site, or developing an enterprise level database driven application.
Our development lifecycle:
Requirement:
After you Request a Quote, we schedule an interview to discuss solution requirements. Depending of complexity and project type we may request additional sessions in order to review "use case" propositons, and conduct stakeholder interviews in an effort to further elicit, and record requirements.
Analysis:
At this stage we compile and analyze the recorded interview data and artifacts in order to develop a requirements specification. The specification is used to describe the behavior of the system to be developed.
Design and Development:
After the purpose and specification of the solution is determined we develop a plan and then formulate a proposal. This proposal will contain a summary list of products and services offered, delivery time line, expectations, and price.
After acceptance a development theory is formulated. This theory may include a storyboard, flowchart or text to describe a planned sequence of events. After the theory is compiled and developed into a working project plan. Development commences during which we engage in interactive sessions to elicit feedback and participation during product compilation.
We communicate each milestone and may require unit acceptance before continuing to the next component.
Testing:
At this point the product is operational. With your participation we employ methodical testing process that ensures the product functions as expected. When the product is accepted we proceed to implement.
Implementation & Support:
At this stage the product has been accepted and will now be "installed". Post production maintenance and support may begin pursuant to contractual obligations and agreements. As always we value our clients and their feedback.
